“David did far more then I expected helping me sell my condo. He made my life easier by meeting contractors at the condo to let them in to do work at days and times I was unavailable. After my renters moved out there were significant repairs and cleaning that needed to be done to get the condo ready to sell. David has a network of contractors to do everything from carpets to painting to handyman work. He also spent many hours of his own time removing waste and scrubbing the place until it sparkled. He is knowledgeable about the market and priced the condo to attract buyers. This worked out in my favor selling for the top offer in my condo complex. I could not be happier.
